Features
1. Rotation/Spin Resistant, Superior Strength, Abrasion Resistant
2. Used with Cranes, Dredging, Excavating, Logging, Oil, and Marine
3. Crane Hoist Lines and Crane Auxil i ary Lines
Brief Description
1. The 8x19 Spin Resistant Bright Wire Rope has an actual configuration of 8x25.
2. The rotation resistant rope has the inner strands spun around the core in the opposite direction as the outer strands to help keep the cable from rotating while under a load.
3. These wire ropes are slightly stronger and much more rugged than the 19x7 spin resistant wire rope and are recommended for hoisting unguided loads with a single-part or multi-part line .
4. While being more durable than the 19x7, the 8x19 wire rope has inferior rotation resistant properties.
5. For a full line of wire rope and other rigging hardware, check out our Rigging Supplies & Marine Hardware category.

More About 8x19 Bright Wire Rope EIPS IWRC (Rotation Resistant)
The 8x19 spin resistant bright wire rope has an actual configuration of 8x25. A rotation resistant design has the inner strands of this steel cable wire spun around the core in the opposite direction as the outer strands to help keep the cable from rotating while under a load. These steel wire ropes are slightly stronger and much more rugged than the 19x7 spin resistant wire ropes and are recommended for hoisting unguided loads with a single-part or multi-part line. While the 8x19 rotation resistant wire rope is more durable than the 19x7, the 8x19 wire rope has inferior rotation resistant properties. Made of EIPS (Extra Improved Plow Steel), for a higher break strength. Commonly used as a crane cable and in the dredging, excavating, logging, oil field and marine industries.
