A, coated plastic wire rope overview
Plastic coated wire rope: the outer surface of wire rope or strand rope is coated with plastics of a certain thickness, including polyethylene, polypropylene, polyurethane, etc.
Two, plastic wire rope coating layer material
A wire rope made of coated steel wire, coated rope strands or coated with plastic. Coating layer material mainly has epoxy resin, poly, polytetrafluoroethylene, poly acid fat, polypropylene, poly carbamate, polyethylene, nylon, poly acid amine, poly carbonate and so on.
Three, coated plastic wire rope coating layer
Coating layer in addition to the requirements of good mechanical properties and wear resistance, but also should be able to resist aliphatic and aromatic acid salts, organic and no oil and fat, alkali, neutral and acid salt solution, ketone and complex ether corrosion.
